  • We don’t just hand you a slide deck and walk away. We partner with your team through execution—whether that’s building out SOPs, coaching leaders, optimizing your CRM, training your intake team, or on-going analysis and growth.

  • Both. We offer project-based engagements (like a strategic planning sprint) but our main engagement is ongoing execution retainers for firms that want regular strategic support, leadership coaching, or revenue/profit growth.

  • Most of our engagements are remote, but we’re available for in-person strategy sessions or leadership offsites, depending on location and project scope.

  • Absolutely. While we’re based in NC, we work with firms nationwide.

  • We offer both, depending on the nature of the engagement. Onboarding is flat-fee, while ongoing advisory or implementation support are retainer-based. Projects outside scope maybe hourly based off client needs.
