Most of our engagements are remote, but we’re available for in-person strategy sessions or leadership offsites, depending on location and project scope.

Absolutely. While we’re based in NC, we work with firms nationwide.

We offer both, depending on the nature of the engagement. Onboarding is flat-fee, while ongoing advisory or implementation support are retainer-based. Projects outside scope maybe hourly based off client needs.
